Isle Cook will work with you to design a menu to suit your needs, taking into consideration the occasion, the size of the gathering, your taste and any number of practical constraints.

King Scallops

The seven-month king scallop season has just come to a close on the Isle of Man. 

Coronavirus has hit the fishing industry on the Island as usually, the vast majority of locally landed king scallops are exported to fish markets and restaurants worldwide.  Fishermen have been selling their freshly landed scallops direct from their boats.  

Coquilles St Jacques was recently on the menu chez Cope, starting by joining the queue at Ramsey quay to collect scallops straight from fisherman Danny on the Ramsey Jak.  

Manx Asparagus

Truly seasonal with a season of only a few weeks, these locally grown green spears signify that summer is just around the corner.  

Gently steamed and served with some melted butter what could be better?

Wild Garlic

It is hard not to notice the abundance of wild garlic covering the glen floors, roadside verges and grassy banks all over the Isle of Man at the moment; its distinctive aroma is a welcome announcement of the arrival of Spring.
